Role Description
This is a part-time / full-time position on-site role for a Construction Project Manager Assistant at Chartered General Contractors. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and project management tasks.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination and Construction Project Management skills
- Budgeting and Construction Management skills
- Experience in Project Management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
